This Privacy Policy applies to all personal information you submit to us at The Centre (the "Website") or to us directly, and to all personal information that may be collected by us through your use of the Website.  This Privacy Policy does not apply to personal information collected by Auckland Council other than via the Website, or to any Council Controlled Organisation's collection of personal information (see Auckland Council's privacy page at https://www.aucklandcouncil.govt.nz/Pages/privacy-policy.aspx  for details and applicable policies).

In this Privacy Policy, "you" refers to users of the Website, and "we" or "us" refers to the Website's facilitators, Auckland Council (135 Albert Street, Level 25, Auckland 1010).
